Inspiration: Too Faced’s co-Founder and Chief Creative Officer Jerrod Hemline had never seen lipstick more beautiful, pigmented and rich than in its melted form in the cosmetic labs. He took the iconic original Melted formula and created a matte version infused with a no-sting plumping filler to allow a smooth canvas for matte color so it never appears dry.
