How to Use

1.Thoroughly wet your nose, wipe your hands dry. 2.Remove the plastic cover on the nose strip. 3. Put the nose strip on your nose firmly, the smooth side on your nose. 4. Leave the strip to dry, ideally leave it for 15 minutes. 5. Remove the strip gently starting with the edges. 6. If the strip appears difficult to remove, wet it with water & remove gently.
